DIGITAL CERTIFICATION

Obtaining a certificate from a post office

Besides the NDCA registration desk, every customer eager to buy, renew or revoke a digital certificate can go to the nearest post office among the 6 following:

• Tunis: Espace entreprise (République)
• Tunis RP (Agence Centrale) : Rue Charles de Gaulle Tunis (Tel : 71320610)
• Ben Arous : Rue du 7 Novembre (Tel: 71382780)
• Bizerte : Croisement Rue d’Alger et Rue du 1er Mai (Tel : 72431590)
• Sousse : Avenue de la République (Tel : 73224000)
• Sfax : Avenue Habib Bourguiba Bab Bhar (Tel : 74220987)
• Gabes : Avenue Habib Bourguiba (Tel: 75 270540)

To get your certificate, you must supply:

• Digital signature certificate
• Digital signature certificate authorized by the enterprise
• Digital signature certificate authorized by an organization or association

Rates:

• Rates in force

The procedures to get a digital certificate from a post office is the same as the NDCA registration desk (except rates and receipt of password).

• Firstly the customer submits a request  at the post office (see the files needed to obtain a digital certificate) and pays the charges according to the rates in force (see the rates in force at the post offices) 
• After generating his certificate, the customer receives his password by postal mail.
• Finally the customer goes to the post office to take delivery of his digital certificate (with his identity card and the company stamp).
