The National Digital Certification Agency (NDCA) is the root certification authority in Tunisia. It represents the highest level of trust in the field of digital certification and security of electronic transactions and exchanges.
It was created according to Law no. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 governing electronic exchanges and commerce.
Via the services it provides, NDCA aims at fostering a climate of confidence and trade security on internet.
Digital certification aims at making digital trade secure. It affects various fields such as e-commerce, on-line administration (e-government), immaterial banking services (e-banking), etc.
Today it is possible to send signed documents, consult one’s bank account and make a tax return on internet in full security.
