Activity of the Digital Certification Service Provider (DCSP)

• Decree N°2008-2639 dated 21 July 2008, fixing the conditions and the procedures of importation and commercialization of means and services of encryption through the telecommunications network. (JORT no. 61 of 29 July 2008)
• Decree no. 2001-1668 of 17 July 2001, setting out procedures for obtaining a permit to practice the activity of Digital Certification Service Provider (JORT no. 60 of 27 July 2001)
