Developing e-government services in Tunisia in the age of the information society is a strategic choice in that it aims to improve the way the public services are run and how they interact with citizens.
NDCA is working to foster a climate of confidence and security for e-government services. Digital certification aims at enabling citizens to have on-line access to administrative services from their own homes and in full confidence through strong authentication and digital signature solutions.
Today it is possible to make one’s tax return on internet, to make an on-line declaration of welfare costs, and also to form the legal status of one’s company without having to make a journey.
