Ms. Lishuan Liang

Lihsuan Liang serves as the Leader Co-Chair of Worldwide Collaboration Working Group in Asia PKI Forum since July 2004. She is also the co-director of “PKI International Cooperation Project”, which supports strategic planning function for Chinese Taipei PKI Forum to participate in Asia PKI Forum activities.

Collaboratively running Chinese Taipei PKI Forum and joining Asia PKI Forum for more than 4 years, Lihsuan has hands-on experiences organizing various promotion events and participating in several international conferences as a speaker or an information distributor, effectively rising globe community’s attentions to the PKI relevant developments in Asia .

Apart from her volunteer contribution to Asia PKI Forum, Lishuan’s employment in NII Enterprise Promotion Association (NIIEPA) is Project Manager. Her job function covers a mixture of aspects: research, project management, responding to government released RFP in areas of information security management, PKI and national policy assessment. Several studies and surveys were developed and conducted under her lead.

ihsuan obtained a M.S. degree in Telecommunications and Network Management in Syracuse University , New York in May 2000.
